Turkey Crafts!

Today's goal for myself was to have a spectacular Arts and Crafts day for Reegan. Zoey is still a lil too small, as everything goes into her mouth, but she watched for a while, until naptime called. Our theme, Thanksgiving of course! Reegan was so excited.

1) Turkeys! We picked this up at Micheals on clearance. I will be going there after Thanksgiving to get more for next year too. Fun stuff. Most of the pieces are just peel and stick.

AND THE FINISHED PROJECT!

2. Turkey plates. Reegan painted the plates, then after they dry, she will put eyes and noses on the toilet paper rolls and glue it to the plates!

3. Free paint. She LOVES free painting. I bought her some new cheapie paints ( Mom has some OCD issues with paints mixing colors...etc. ) So she can go crazy, and then I can throw them if they get too mixed. And from here we head to the bath! :)

Have a good week!

Lunch time antics

As I sit here at the computer, its naptime. But it isn't quiet at our house..... the girls are playing, together in the toy room! They are playing in the doll house, and it is soo cute! They are winding down following a fun lunchtime. We headed to Chisago Clinic for Zoey's 9 month appt, stopped and fed lunch to some very friendly horses, and came home for lunch. Spagetti that Reegan was adamate she didn't like. Zoey's first real spagetti experiance.

Notice the toothers! Two on the bottom, and two new ones just coming in on the top!

I am not sure what she is doing...but clearly having fun :)

Ah, my days at home with the girls. Love every minute. Even the tantrum filled, sleep deprived days. Wouldn't trade a minute for any other life. So thankful I get to spend this time with them.
