Foreclosure, and new beginnings!

Foreclosure usually isn't a sign of new beginnings, but for the Kulzer family, it is!

The current owners of 511 Seminole Ave have allowed the house to go into foreclosure.

 As of Monday, there will be a for sale sign in our front yard.

And, I am sure, the town is going to talk.

However, it is a happy sign for me and our family. You see for the past 2 years we have had a contract for deed, and as of Monday, we will have an official offer in on our house, our forever house. It will have a sign in the yard, and be listed on a website, but we have the first offer in, and have first dibs on our house. :) We will no longer be tenents, or renters, but OWNERS!! Not just making the mortgage pymt for someone else.

So the sign isn't a sign the Kulzers are selling, its the sign saying the Kulzers are buying. We are staying put......... and in a month, or two, we will close. :)

Reegan is a fish. She would LIVE in water is she could. Getting braver and braver ( with her lifejacket on of course) But tonight was a first. First time jumping in by herself~

Teddy Bear park~

Friday the girls and I brought our neighbors Ann, Zhalick, and Xzavier to Teddy Bear Park. Reegan considers Zhalick her best friend :) They missed each other so much when we went to KY!

Uno Dos Tres!!

Reegan's last day as a 2 year old! May 31st 2012

My dearest Reegan Liz,

today, you turn three. THREE. I am not sure where that time has gone. I remember the day you were born so vividly. I knew you were my Reegan, and the moment I heard you cry, and saw those eyes...... I knew I was in love. That red hair. You are ....... hands down...........my favorite red head on the planet. The best part of this past year has been watching you grow into a big sister. It still is hard for you to share, but you are working so hard on it. My favorite thing you do for Zoey is giving her your "blankie baby" when she is sad or crying. Melts my heart everytime. And you <3 to sing her twinkle twinkle star at bedtime.  You are learning most the words to my country songs, and its fun to hear you listen to the words, if you don't know what they mean. You often try to be the boss, you worry, and are having more and more tantrums.You have been potty trained for 16 months, and love to brush your teeth. You are starting to pick out your own clothes, but HAVE to dress yourself. You passed your first level of swimming lessons this spring, attended princess dance camps, and are mastered riding a big kid bike :)

Things you love right now

• Mom. You truly are a Momma's girl. It is increasingly hard to leave you, and alot of reassurance that I will come back
• Dad. You two have such a special bond. You love to cuddle, and he makes you giggle like no other. You cannot wait for him to come home so you can drive the truck down the driveway ( yup, she really does it, hands off!)

• Papas. You have 4 Papas, and you love them all, equally.
• Penguins.
• The color red
• School Bus. I will never understand your obsession with school buses. However the fact that Jody Videen drives the school bus not once, but twice each morning and afternoon makes you so excited. He honks you cheer, and then he does it again :)

• Grandma's convertible with the top down, and flag in hand.
• Dora the explorer.
• The song, Tonight, we are young!
• Technology. My kindle, I pods, cell phone. You have mastered them all :/

• Taylor swift "ours"
• Fruit Loops
• Veggies. You cannot get enough! Especially "matos"
• Teddy Bear park

• Shopping " I want to go to shopping"

I cannot wait to see what this year holds. Weekly preschool, our 1st road trip, another sibling?!?! The possibilities are endless. And the best part is experiancing the next 365 days with you by my side. And seeing the world through your eyes.......................
