Our family.......

My sweet baby girl who will be celebrating her second birthday one week from today! And she reminds me everyday. " I have cake? I want cake"

And my sweet Zoey girl, she is so sweet. Loves to cuddle, and loves love LOVES to smile! Oh those baby blues.....

And perhaps, my the greatest achievement in my life, my girls. Sister, the bond at which they have is amazing. Reegan worries about Zoey, kisses Zo, and Zoey lights up at Reegan. Its so special to watch.

There are days when I am so tired, I don't think I can do anything. I feel like a worthless Mom. And then Reegan will say " I just want you." Melts my heart. And I am reminded, that all that matters is my girls. And Curt. And as long as they are happy, fed, clothed, and have a roof over their heads, they are happy. And the big smiles are the icing on the cake. I have been a Mom for 102 weeks now. And it gets more amazing every week. Some weeks are harder, some are more fun then others. But as long as I have my wonderful husband, and my sweet sweet girls, nothing else in life matters. <3

Sisters and Auntie time

My last week of maternity leave has flown by. Zoey was due 3 months ago today. Wow. She is such a smiley talkative lil girl. She talks alot more then Reegan, which is kinda scary. On Friday, the girls took their first bath together...kinda...

Reegan sure thought it was pretty cool. Then later that day Reegan and I headed to Minneapolis to pick up Auntie Molly ( finally!) Living across the road from my parents, we are very spoiled in getting to see family alot, but its been a long school year. We have been waiting for Molly and Shannon to come home. At U of M, we ate lunch at Noodles and Company, and Reegan was amazed at the BIG BUS! Or every bus that went past, which is alot on a school campus. She would point to the window and yell.... BIG BUS! Everybody around us would laugh or smile. Of course, Reegan remembers Molly, and couldn't wait for her to come home for the summer. Zoey on the other hand, probably doesn't.

I have no doubt that by the end of summer when Molly goes back to school, Zoey will know her. And she will be over 6 months old :( So we'll just enjoy the summer, with Aunties. Hurry home Shannon!!

Last time, On " A day in the life of the Kulzer girls".......

Cannot believe its been a whole week since I last updated. Cannot say much has happened, but lets see. Zoey sat in the bumbo a few times

Curt worked on the back yard project, and got some good progress done.............

And the climber arrived! This swingset has been a part of the Casey family, then the Kulzer family, and now our Kulzer family. Well, when its all put together and sanded and stained.

Cousin Cam and Auntie Erin came and visited!!

I made spagetti for the family. And you know the riddle. If you give a toddler spagetti, 

You have to give him a bath!! Cousins had fun!! And Reegan has been asking about Cam or Tom as it sounds like. We both wish they lived closer!!

 We fed Zoey some rice cereal for the first time last night! She thought is was a little weird, and waited for the bottle/

 And today, with the warm weather we decided it would be a great time for Zoey to hit the pool for the first time! 5-10-11

We also had our pictures taken last week after we won a Cutest baby contest on Facebook. The pictures are cute, despite having a sassy redhead that didn't want to smile!!

Have a good week. Its my last week of maternity leave :( And finals are happening so I think Molly and Allie come home this weekend for the summer!!!! Yippee!!!

Just another Manic Monday lunch.............

Happy Monday

Curt is busy outside working in his mud pit, and the girls and I have been cleaning windows, which Reegan is very good at, and playing. Curt spend some time with the girls before he headed out and they were playing with Elmo and Ernie, and having a dance party chanting " Shake that booty" So he taught her that phrase.

Well now that he is outside, Reegan is making everyone "Shake that booty!" Barbies, Tucker the dog, Zoey, Mama....you name it. Shake your booty...............


Reegan wanted to say hi to the blog world to cheer up certain people's monday. She decided to be shy (?) but then starting hamming it up. So its about 3 mins long, but listen for your shout out ( Livi, Molly, Allie, and Shannon)

Reegan is trying to put the cats in timeout, and for those of you that know my cats, THATS going well. And Zoey was super chatty this last night, so here is some video of that!

1st birthday party

This afternoon we went to Curt's cousin's daughters 1st birthday party. Cute lil Madison turned 1.

There were balloons...........

And personalized lil birthday cake for the birthday girl.............

and lots of family and friends.........

And a happy birthday girl who loved her cake!

And the Kulzer girls in matching outfits.........

Which made me think of 2 things.

1) Zoey is never going to have a first birthday party. She will always be this itty bitty lil thing and never walk or sass me or devour cake. Hopefully she abides by this rule. I cannot imagine her at 1! :(

2) Seems like yesterday we were enjoying Reegan's 1st birthday party. And yet a month from today she will be 2. TWO! Oh my. Reminds me how times flies. And sad at the same time. They are growing too fast. Better get working on 2nd birthday party details. Reegan was so excited after Madisons party today. I asked her if she wanted to have a birthday party and she said YES!!! And proceeded to sing Happy Birthday to herself. Yup, 2.
